"Super comfy right out of the box"
Got my New Balance shoes last week they’ve been really comfy from the first wear. No rubbing, no sore spots, even after being on my feet and walking around all day... which is usually when shoes start to annoy me. Happy with them so far.

I ordered shoes from newbalance.com, and it went easy. The tracking updates were clear the whole way, which I liked, and showed up the package right when it said it would. No hassle really. The box was in good shape too, so yeah, happy with it

"Still going strong after months of use"
I’ve had these New Balance shoes for about 8 months now, and they’re still holding up way better than I expected. I wear them all the time too, for work, walks, quick errands, basically whenever I’m heading out and don’t feel like thinking about what shoes to grab. They’ve definitely been through a lot, but the soles aren’t coming apart or anything, and the stitching still looks totally fine. I’ve had other shoes start falling apart way sooner, so it’s kind of nice to have a pair that just keeps doing its job without drama.

"Good shoes, but shipping was a little slow"
I ordered from newbalance and the shoes themselves were totally fine when they arrived. The only downside was the shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t update for a couple days, which was a bit frustrating. Everything showed up in good shape though, so if you’re not in a rush, it’s probably not a big deal. If you need them quickly, I’d maybe look at other options. Overall, not bad, but not amazing either.

"Easy Return, Slow Refund"
I ordered a pair of shoes from newbalance.com and realized I needed a different size once they arrived. Starting the return was simple, and getting the return label didn’t take much effort. The only frustrating part was the refund. It took longer than I expected, and I found myself checking my email a few times while waiting for updates. Everything did get sorted out eventually, but the process definitely wasn’t the fastest. I’d give it 3 stars

"Looks just like the photos"
The color was pretty much exactly what I expected from the photos, which was a relief. I always wonder if things will look different in person, especially with lighting and all that, but this one matched really well.

These are really comfy and the arch support is great. I feel like every pair of shoes should be made this way because once you wear something this supportive, regular shoes just feel wrong.

I ordered from newbalance.com and was a little nervous about how the package would show up, but everything arrived clean and in good shape. The shoe box was packed inside another box, and there weren’t any dents, ripped corners, or anything that made me worry. It was reassuring to see it packed that well. Happy with the whole delivery, no complaints from me

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and was dreading the whole exchange process because I figured it would be a hassle. I did have to go online, start the return, print the label, pack everything back up, and drop off the shoes, which is always more effort than I want to deal with. But overall it was way simpler than expected. The new size showed up fast, and I didn’t have to keep bugging customer support for updates. Definitely happy it went as smoothly as it did.
